Snack time is an important moment for all children. Some industrial products, although apparently quite balanced, are in fact packed with hidden sugars. So how can we eat healthily at snack time, when the industry is bombarding youngsters with ultra-sweet products from an early age? Is the solution to be found in taxing products with too much sugar? That's what the UK has done with sugary drinks. It turns out one in three British children is overweight, and the figure is constantly rising. So much so that the youngest children are seeing their life expectancy drop drastically. We took a look at Ebbw Vale, the Scottish town known for its alarming obesity rate.
