How to start a new life combining eco-friendly ideals and well-being at work? Jérôme and Sarah are two young bakers sharing a passion for good food and a bakery workshop in the middle of town. He always wanted to be a baker, she discovered her vocation almost by chance. Both have opted for quality and short supply chains. They make traditional breads with natural leavening, using local flours lovingly ground on a stone millstone. And bikes are the only means of delivery!
