American Healthcare Disease

While no other country in the world breaks the bank on healthcare like the USA does for its citizens, 47 million Americans are left out in the cold without any medical coverage. Various public assistance programs exist for those scraping by, such as Medicaid for the poorest, or Medicare for those over 65, or VA for Veterans. However, one in five Americans is still entirely deprived of any insurance in a medical healthcare system that has become a complex industry.
